Delete your account
You can delete your Mypluggg account at any time. This can’t be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, photos, preferences, saved items, and cart
- Your payout details
- Your product listings and job posts
- Your job applications
- Messages you sent
What is kept
- Reports you filed are kept without your name, so that safety reviews can be completed.
- Order and payment records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, refunds, disputes, and fraud prevention.
- Files for digital products you sold are kept, so that buyers can still download what they paid for.
How to delete it
In the app, go to Account, then Settings, then Delete Account. Or use this page:
